Shipping policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:

Any order containing preorder items will not ship until ALL preorder items are ready to ship! Item expected to ship 12-16 weeks after preorder ends.

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product before it is officially available. Please be aware that pre-ordered items will be shipped to you after they arrive to Yoontoons to deliver. Please keep in mind Yoontoons will be the ones handling the preorders!

For In-Stock Products:

• Within the U.S.: 7-14 business days
• International: 10-30 business days

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
